IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you have a standing reservation for use of one of the rooms at
Westside Park Community Center, please let Katie Patnode (673-5314)
know immediately. Please remember that a “standing reservation” must
be renewed each year by January 1st.
If you plan to use any room at Westside Park Community Center for
a one-time meeting please let Katie know as early as possible so she
can be sure it is available for you. Space is being reserved at a
rapid pace.
You need to remember that the Board of Directors has first
priority for use of any space; paying members (meaning those who pay
for its use) have priority over free use of facilities. (See your
Annual Meeting Notice for further detail on the Fee Schedule...or
check FYI page on web)

User Fees.
No member of SLWLA is charged for the use of
West Park when the event is a Category A
reservation. Deposits and user fees are as
follows:

Swimming Pool:
There is no charge for pool use to SLWLA
members in good standing. For other guests
of a member in good standing, the following
applies:

One day pass - $5

7 day pass - $25

30 day pass - $75

Season pass - $200

Pool Rental for Private Event:
Rental: $2004
Deposit: $500
Note4 – Lifeguards are
required and are paid by the group
renting the pool, in addition to the
rental fee.

Johnson Point

User
Fees.
No member of SLWLA is charged for the use of Johnson
Point when all participants are the extended families
and friends of the resident; however, a returnable
clean-up deposit of $50 per gazebo, per reservation is
required. The deposit is due when the reservation is
made.
Any commercial use of Johnson Point must be
sponsored by a member of SLWLA who is also a member of
the commercial group and will be present at the
event. Fee and deposits for commercial use are
as follows:

gazebo - $150

gazebos - $250

Three
gazebos - $300
·
Deposit - $100 per gazebo
The
deposit is due when a reservation is made. The fee is
due two weeks prior to the event.
