Seven Lakes West Landowners Association (SLWLA)

Member Fee Schedule 2009/2010

SLWLA members pay an annual membership to be part of the Association. These dues along with other optional fees are used to make our community one of the best in this area. The following listing contains most of the fees and/or deposits that you may encounter during the coming year. If you have any questions regarding the list below, contact the SLWLA staff and they will be happy to answer your questions.

1. User Fees & Deposits

a. Johnson Point

·         User Fees. No member of SLWLA is charged for the use of Johnson Point when all participants are the extended families and friends of the resident; however, a returnable clean-up deposit of $50 per gazebo, per reservation is required. The deposit is due when the reservation is made.

Any commercial use of Johnson Point must be sponsored by a member of SLWLA who is also a member of the commercial group and will be present at the event. Fee and deposits for commercial use are as follows:

·         Fees:

·     One gazebo - $150

·     Two gazebos - $250

·     Three gazebos - $300

·         Deposit - $100 per gazebo

The deposit is due when a reservation is made.  The fee is due two weeks prior to the event.

b. West Park

·         User Fees. No member of SLWLA is charged for the use of West Park when the event is a Category A reservation.  Deposits and user fees are as follows:

Note 1-  A clean-up fee may be assessed if room not properly cleaned after use.
Note 2- Deposit requirement based on event and discretion of Comm. Mgr.
Note 3 - 50% of the deposit is retained if room is cancelled less than 60 days from the event.

c. Swimming Pool: There is no charge for pool use to SLWLA members in good standing. For other guests of a member in good standing, the following applies:

  • One day pass - $5
  • 7 day pass - $25
  • 30 day pass - $75
  • Season pass - $200
  • Pool Rental for Private Event:
    Rental:  $2004             Deposit:  $500
    Note4 – Lifeguards are required and are paid by the group renting the pool, in addition to the rental fee.

Note 4: Pinnacles members also pay an annual fee for maintenance, electric and irrigation. Beacon Ridge Lake Homes also pay an additional fee for grounds maintenance. Actual unit fees shall be determined based on the new contract bid to be accepted in March 2009.

b. Rental Fees:

·         Mail Box Rental Fee  $ 20

·         Lost Mail Box key - $10

·         Boat Slip Rental (at Johnson Point)  $700

c. Car & Boat Fees

·         Decals for Member-owned autos (Up to 3 Decals) - No Charge

·         Decals for member owned cars (more than 3) - $25 per car

·         Frequent Visitor Decals - contact Association staff for details. - $25

·         Replacement Decals - $15

·         Barcodes (limit 3 per family 5) - $20 new
                                                 - $10 replace (lost or stolen)
                                                 No charge to replace non-working barcode
Note 5  - Additional barcodes may be issued above the limit of 3 per family for those family members living full time at home in SLW.

 

·         Boat Registration Fee

o  First Boat  $45

o  Each Additional Boat  $20

o  Lost Decals- $20

o  Boat renewal late fee for processing after June 1 - $25

 d. Storage Lot Fees

·         West Side Storage Lot (Fenced area off Longleaf)

o  Boat & Boat Trailer (separate or combined) - $75

o  Utility Trailer (up to 30 feet in length) - $75

o  RV and Camper - $300

·         Johnson Point

o  Sailboat Lot - $45

Illegally stored RVs, boats or trailers are subject to twice the above rates.

e. Office Services

  • Black and white copies - $.15 per page
  • Color copies - $.25 per page

 

 



 

f. Architectural Review Committee Fees 6

·         New Construction

o  $300.00 non-refundable ARC submittal fee.

o  $750.00 non-refundable Road Maintenance Fee.

o  $1,500.00 refundable Compliance Deposit Fee.

o  $500.00 non-refundable Application Fee for any Variance request after construction begins.

·         Major Lot Clearing

o    $500.00 Permit Fee.

·         Renovations and Additions

o    $300.00 non-refundable ARC submittal fee

·         Swimming Pool Construction

o    In addition to the $300.00 submittal fee a $1,000.00 refundable Compliance Fee Deposit is required.  This is refunded, less any applicable fines, when the pool project is complete including the fence and has been approved by the County.

Note 6 – These fees are established by ARC with Board and Developer approval.
